Caregiver Team Lead – Omaha

Are you a leader and a doer? Do you have a heart for caring, and a love for helping others to thrive? This might be the opportunity you’re looking for, as Sunlight Caregiver Team Leads serve both our clients and our Caregivers!

Sunlight clients are wonderful people who want to remain in their homes, but due to disabilities or the effects of aging, may not be able to do so safely on their own. We at Sunlight come alongside these individuals, assisting them with their daily activities. As a Team Lead, you can expect to average about 25 hours per week providing care services to clients.

Caregiver Team Leads also directly support Caregivers, helping ensure their success. This role is pivotal for maintaining enthusiasm throughout the ongoing training process for both new and established Caregivers. In creating positive Caregiver experiences, you are empowering and encouraging them along their journey through educational and hands-on training, positive communication and support.

Expect to spend approximately 10 hours per week in our office, working with Caregivers, clients, and our administrative staff. The other 5 hours per week is flexible, to be used for training, covering open shifts, etc.

As a Sunlight Team Lead, every day you’ll be making a positive difference in people’s lives. You’ll also be joining a team that appreciates you, not just the work you’ll be doing. This position offers competitive pay, training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including:
